Enjoy an exciting day with a morning boat trip, a visit to Hoi An market where the Chef will introduce you to an array of Vietnamese ingredients from which you will learn to turn into local delicacies.
The programme:
8.00am Meet our chef at reception and take a relaxing boat trip to Hoi An market
9.30am Visit Hoi An's colorful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of the busy market where our chef will explain about the Vietnamese products and buy some ingredients to be used in the cooking class later
10.30am Return to the hotel by Minibus.
11.00am Learn traditional Vietnamese cooking under the direction and supervision of our chef
13.00pm. Enjoy your self-prepared lunch and return home with knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine,a lasting souvenir, and a certificate granted by the Chef of a 4-star hotel
